Jaybird Studio is more than movement. It's a sanctuary where movement breaks barriers, a transformative space where self-expression transcends boundaries anchoring you deep within your presence. In the darkness, we uncover our brightest selves. Jaybird Studio teaches me to see beyond the surface, revealing profound layers of Self to uncover.

My journey to jaybird:

During my 20 years of teaching and over 10,000 hours of experience, my focus remains on guiding you into the present moment of your YOUniverse. Well-versed in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Self-Massage & Thai Massage, I lead international retreats, workshops, and intensives. I teach students to become teachers in a 60-hour Yin Immersion and a 200-hour Hatha Certification. While embodying breath, I'll take you on a journey through your physical and subtle bodies, utilizing a creative flow, like poetry in motion. Bring acceptance to the ever-evolving dynamic of your body, and you will find patience in the ever-changing chaos of life.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Mindfulness may be trendy, but to me, it feels nonsensical. My pursuit is for less mind in each breath, and more heart in every moment.
