Feel the burn and embrace the shake. This class is designed to connect you to your body through heightened awareness and specific activations. Working through movements linked to the breath, the goal is to build strength and mobility while using the reformer. As we do at Jaybird, this non-traditional workout is done by candlelight and fuelled by good, loud music. This class is not heated, but we promise you will still work up a sweat!
