GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND INTO YOUR BOOTY. WE FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING A VERY IMPORTANT ASSET, WHILE SHEDDING INHIBITIONS AND DISTRACTIONS OF OUTSIDE EXPECTATIONS. BEGINNING AND ENDING IN REST, WE DIG INTO SOME SERIOUS STRENGTHENING FOR 35 MINUTES, THEN SPEND 15 MINUTES STRETCHING IT OUT AND BALL ROLLING – FOR THAT HURTS-SO-GOOD KIND OF RELEASE. You'll engage in 5-6 cycles of intentional breathing set to the beat of the music, paving the way for a guided meditation and a period of extended integration and rest. Our classes are done by candlelight, in a warm (not hot) room. Join us as we embark on a unique and transformative exploration, where the simple act of altering the pace of your breath becomes a catalyst for profound change.

EASE INTO A MELLOW, YIN-INSPIRED EXPERIENCE THAT FOCUSES ON STRETCHING, FASCIAL RELEASE, SPINAL MOBILITY, SELF-MASSAGE, AND BALL ROLLING. IT’S THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO REST AND RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF, HONOURING WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS TO REST AND RECOVER FROM BUSY DAYS AND HARD WORKOUTS. This class is a deep listening, meditative experience supported with immersive sound. The Bowls is an invitation to pause, turn off all distractions, and tune into the deep resonance of sound healing instruments to balance the nervous system and recalibrate the mind and body. Ease into the experience and invite stillness with light breath work and slow stretching, followed by a 45 minute transformative sound bath.

Take a journey inward with The Being—a guided meditation session, designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Through mindful practices of meditation, breathwork, visualizations, and body scans, you'll explore what it means to ground yourself in the present moment.
