My journey to jaybird:

Jules has facilitated group wellness experiences for nearly a decade holding certifications across Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, Indoor Cycling, Breathwork and Sauna & Ice Bath sessions. As a competitive triathlete and former burnt-out corporate A type, Jules is passionate about imparting mindfulness techniques rooted in eastern philosophy, explained by western science, in her classes to help people down regulate their nervous systems.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Jules’s wellness philosophy is centered on balance across mind, body and breath. She uses yoga, meditation, sound and breathwork as tools to come home to herself, cultivate emotional resilience and self regulation.

Jaybird’s mission is to inspire personal growth through movement. In the slower classes I teach at Jaybird, when we practice sustained presence through varying shapes, we are using stillness in our bodies to bring stillness to the mind. In this sense, my classes are as much a physical renewal and release as they are a training ground for the mind... to improve our stress response and emotional resilience by creating and holding space, as Viktor Frankl speaks to :)
