Movement for me, is grounding, joyful and healing - sometimes individually and at others, all at once. I fly with Jaybird because it allows me to take up space, be expressive and share my love for movement.

My journey to jaybird:

Movement connected to music, has always played a big role in my life, growing up figure skating. I’ve taught at studios throughout the city and love getting to blend movement with really good music - there’s no feeling like it!

Slowing down and stepping back, so I can step in to a few moments for myself
