I fly with Jaybird Because:

it's a space that allows me to feel safe and empowered. Jaybird has personally brought me through some of the most challenging experiences, sparking an evolution of my mind and body. It's an incredibly nourishing, supportive, and powerful environment.

My journey to jaybird:

I began as a guest of Jaybird when I wanted to explore infrared heated workouts because of a back injury - little did I know it would be an essential part of my healing journey from some challenging experiences. It became my sanctuary, my safety. In addition to being a Naturopathic Doctor and Nutritionist, I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator - which I was using with my patients, when hosting events, and small groups. I felt a call to approach Jaybird about having a Breathwork class on the schedule, which is where The Breath was born, a transformative experience. Since I wanted to be more involved with teaching, I took on teaching The Build, a powerful way to blend yoga, pilates, breath, and rest. I knew I needed to be a part of the flock.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Mindfulness is not the absence of distraction, challenge, or thoughts. Mindfulness is the ability to return to self, alongside those things. It's a coming home, a returning to, despite all the noise. Finding presence amongst the distractions, challenges, and thoughts is the continuous journey of mindfulness, something that is not a specific destination, but a constant practice.
