The invitation to slow down and tune in to tend to personal needs is what I’m passionate about. It helps to balance the busyness of every day life.
My journey to jaybird:
I’ve been teaching various styles of Yoga since 2002- from Power, Anusara, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, to Hatha, Yin and Restorative. My classes are opportunities to cultivate a deeper awareness and sense of belonging in our bodies, minds, and communities. I love to create non-intimidating spaces for all bodies to feel comfortable to be themselves, without judgement. I aim to offer therapeutic embodiment experiences that meet students where they are, and empower them to do what feels best for them from moment to moment. I will always offer a variety of choice-based options to meet individual needs. We will use conscious breath, mindful movement, and deep stillness to explore the human experience together.
