I fly with Jaybird because of its serene ambiance and encompassing of growth and soul liberation through music, movement, and mindfulness. Within the dark space, free from judgment, it allows you to evolve at your own pace, experiencing moments of rest, exertion, and reset—a reflection of life's rhythm.
Jaybird allows vulnerability, fostering a reconnection with the authentic self. As I often say, Jaybird provides both a space to push beyond comfort zones and a refuge to pause amidst life's chaos, overstimulation, unpredictability and uncertainty. In the dance of candlelight, we navigate the delicate balance of challenge and reprieve, finding therapeutic solace in movement. Through Jaybird, we soar through the darkness, not just physically but on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Chloe has been seamlessly integrating her extensive background in competitive dance, figure skating and athletics into the vibrant tapestry of her teaching since Jaybird’s inception in Toronto. The space she crafts is a manifestation of her innate understanding of the synergy between fluid movement, music, and the mind.
Guided by the philosophy that movement is a journey, Chloe's classes offer a unique blend of gentleness and challenge, leaving you with a profound sense of invigoration. What MiNdfulness Means to Me:
Mindfulness, to me, is the gentle art of being fully present in the trajectory of life. It's not about escaping reality but rather embracing each moment with an open heart and a quiet mind. Like a skilled weaver, it involves threading awareness through the intricacies of the now, appreciating the texture of every experience without getting entangled in the threads of past regrets or future anxieties.
