The dark room in which we provide guidance allows for individual expression without the focus on physical shapes or depths, and rather landing where you are authentically in the present moment.

My journey to jaybird:

After studying ballet for 14 years, I walked into a hot yoga studio having never tried yoga before, and that was over 20 years ago. My movement practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga and movement motivate me to live each moment more consciously and with intention.
I received my E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, CPT, and offer Hatha, Vinyāsa, Nidrā, Yīn, Restorative and Sound Meditation classes.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Slowing down to notice, to live in the present moment, to accept yourself and to focus on breathing.

Authenticity to me is paramount. By giving yourself permission to be who you are unapologetically, without judgement, and not allowing others to affect your choices is when you can truly find peace within yourself.
