I fly with Jaybird Because:

Jaybird is a space that gives me permission to drop into my body and breath. The darkness allows me to go inward and explore movement in grounding and joyful ways.

My journey to jaybird:

Valerie Tiu (she/her) is a 500-HR Certified Yoga Teacher, Pilates and Barre Instructor and Meditation Guide. She offers mindful, breath-centred practices while encouraging her students to discover joy in movement. Val is deeply invested in creating more accessible wellness spaces for people of colour and marginalized groups. She is the Founder and Curator of Soft Landings, a wellness space for the Asian Community. Val is a proud Filipino and lululemon Ambassador.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Mindfulness is the practice of centering your awareness to the present moment by noticing your breath, body, sensations and the space around you.
