  • A: During the month of November, we invite you to take a *Journey Inward*, step out of the busy and into yourself. This challenge is an opportunity to create both a movement and a mindfulness practice while earning some exclusive treats along the way.

  • A: Complete 12 or 20 classes throughout the month of November! Make sure to register in order to qualify for milestones and prizes — registration and journal are included in journey memberships or you can purchase a registration only option for $11 which includes a journal****

  • A: Yes! You can still register for the challenge up until November 30th!

  • A: Yes!

    • Participants who complete 12 classes will unlock prizes from some of our favourite community partners!

    • Participants who complete 20 classes will unlock an exclusive Journey Inward Hoodie and more partner prizes.

    • There will also be a Grand Prize draw for all Journey Inward participants. Even if you don’t finish 12 or 20 classes, you will be eligible for your name to be drawn to win! Each class you take during the month of November will count as one entry for the draw. The more classes you take, the more chances you have to win! (Reminder, guests must be registered for the challenge to qualify)

  • A: Classes attended using ClassPass and digital classes do not count towards the challenge.

  • A: Yes, you can use your regular package or membership and still participate in the challenge though you must still register for $11 which includes a journal. We will be tracking entries, so you don’t have to track anything!

  • A: Yes! We can absolutely extend regular-price class packs! Please make sure to contact us before your credits expire :)

  • A: The student and corporate discounts are not applicable towards Journey Inward Packages as they are already discounted.
